We are happy to help you find and purchase your dream home on the Costa del Sol.

We always start with an introductory meeting. Here we try to get a clear picture of your search. We will look at which areas are suitable for further searching.

Then we will do an initial search to see if the indicated budget is realistic in relation to your housing needs. If it is not, we will have to adjust the requirements in order to find properties.

Once your budget is realistic in relation to your requirements, we will continue to search for properties with you. You can also suggest properties yourself. Based on this we will make a "short list" of properties to visit.

Of course we will accompany you to the viewings. This can be done in person when you are in Spain or remotely with a video link. If necessary we can also call in additional specialists at this stage. Think of a structural engineer or obtaining legal advice on paperwork, zoning plans or the cadastral situation.

Have you found your dream home? Then of course we will help you to negotiate and finalize the agreements. Once you reserve the property and take it off the market, a lawyer also comes in to help you further with the paperwork.

As part of the purchase counseling, we are also happy to put you in touch with professionals we enjoy working with, such as lawyers, banks, key administrators, structural engineers and contractors.

Purchase counseling is free for you, the buyer. The commission that sellers pay is divided between the buying and selling broker.

However, it is important that you have completed the financing and are sure that you want to buy on the Costa del Sol before we start with viewings.

If you are still orientating, we can help you with your questions and we can also bring you into contact with the right people at the banks here to arrange financing.

Normally we set as a requirement for viewings that you can start buying on the Costa del Sol at short notice.

If you are not sure yet whether you want to buy on the Costa del Sol or elsewhere, or if you have not yet completed the financing, we can only help you to a limited extent. As estate agents we only get a part of the commission if you decide to buy on "our" Costa.

To still be able to help you we have orientation assistance. You get the same services as with normal buying guidance, even if you are not yet ready to buy.

There is a cost associated with this service. The cost for orientation assistance is €699 (including 21% IVA).

If you finally decide to buy on the Costa del Sol, we will deduct the amount paid from the commission we will receive and our guidance will still be free of charge for you.

We are happy to help you sell your property on the Costa del Sol. We are part of the largest network of estate agents in our province, which allows us to advertise your property on the sites of all estate agents. We will also place your ad on the major property portals such as Idealista and we will promote your property through our newsletters and our own property app Costa.

For us the sales process always starts with an intake**. We will visit you to view the house and to make a note of all the details. In consultation we also determine an asking price and make an inventory of which movable property remains. We also make an appointment for the photo and video material.

Then we place the house** on all portals, the sites of other brokers and we send it on to potential interested parties in our network.

At all viewings we will be present to show prospective buyers around and provide the necessary information.

Of course, we will also help you with negotiating in the bidding process if the viewers want to proceed to purchase.

Of course, you only pay us when your house is actually sold.
