Townhouse in Benamargosa

Benamargosa is a charming little pueblo with services, cafes and restaurants and it is only 13 kilometers from Velez-Malaga. Malaga centro only 47 km and Torre del Mar beach 17 km. Area is well know for its agriculture. Citrus and other tropical fruit trees especially avocado and mangos. The river Benamargosa gives this land its lush propensity to let these abundant orchards flourish. Pueblo has its public swimming pool.

This townhouse has been built around year 1900 by the current owners grandparents and it has been family home until now. It is almost independent house, in the middle of the Benamargosa pueblo. You have all the pueblo services in walking distance.

You can enter the house either from the front/maindoor. There you have typical, andalucian style living room. In this floor you have a good size en-suite bedroom.
