Voor een klein stadje zul je verbaasd zijn over wat deze mooie plaats te bieden heeft. Monda trekt elk jaar een grote groep studenten, omdat de Marbella Design Academy aan de rand van het dorp ligt. Er zijn heel wat bars, restaurants en zelfs twee clubs voor de jongere generatie, die altijd druk zijn!
Het dorp heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, en meer: een kleine supermarkt, plaatselijke bakker, apotheek, dierenkliniek, wekelijkse fruitmarkt en hebben we de churros truck op zondagochtend al genoemd? Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het centrum en als je verder loopt, kun je het prachtige nationale park Sierra de las Nieves verkennen. Dit is de ideale plek om te wandelen, fietsen, motorcrossen en paardrijden.
Monda ligt op 30 minuten (37 km) van de stad Málaga en het vliegveld. De kust van Marbella ligt op slechts 15 minuten (15 km) afstand.

With beautiful views on of the countryside side and distant views of the white-washed village, this detached villa in Monda sits in a fantastic position.
With a totally flat access, you will be surprised at the wonderful views this property has to offer.

Monda is a pretty, whitewashed village at the edge of natural park Sierra de las Nieves, just 15 minutes from the coast of Marbella.
For a small town, you will be surprised about what this lovely place has to offer. Monda attracts a big group of students each year, as the Marbella Design Academy is situated on the outskirts of the village. There are quite a few bars, restaurants and even two clubs for the younger generation, which are always busy!
The village has everything you need, and more: a small supermarket, local bakery, pharmacy, vet clinic, weekly fruit market and did we mention the churros truck on Sunday mornings? The community pool is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and if you continue walking, you can explore the beautiful national park Sierra de las Nieves. This is the ideal place for hiking, biking, motor crossing and horseback riding.
