Van den Boom Makelaardij was founded by Eveline van den Boom. She started her real estate agency after she bought a house on the Costa del Sol for the 2nd time herself. Both purchases could rightly be called real estate adventures. She has seen it all. Missing permits, illegally attached guesthouses, residents who had no intention of leaving and more "too good to be true" stories.

With her background as a business economist and more than 22 years of experience in online marketing, she decided this could be better. She started training as a registered real estate agent in the Netherlands, joined real estate networks and now sets out with her clients to find the perfect dream home.

After all, it's not about a Bossche bol that you buy, but a place where you want to feel at home. Whether this is as a vacation home or a first home.
